Paris Carnegie Public Library is part of the City of Paris and a member of Lincoln Trail Libraries System.

Paris Carnegie Public Library provides materials and services to help residents of the community obtain information and materials that meet their personal and educational needs.

Parking is available on Main Street and in the lot on the north side of the library. In addition to the front entrance with its imposing steps, there is a street level entrance on the north side of the building, next to the parking lot. An elevator is located inside the north entrance.
